Fire Marshal Representative Election Ballots Mailed January 21st

Ballots were mailed to each active Fire Marshal's residence by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) on Thursday, January 21st, and must be returned to the AAA by 9am on Friday, February 5th. ONLY active Fire Marshals are eligible to vote.

1. If You Don't Receive a Ballot by January 26th... Active Fire Marshals who do not receive a ballot by Tuesday, January 26th, must call the AAA directly at (800) 529-5218, M-F 9am to 5pm. Give your residence address and assigned unit (not your detail assignment). A new ballot will be placed in the mail on the same day you call. Ballots will be counted by the AAA on February 5th with oversight of the Election Committee, which is comprised of one member representing each borough and the Recording Secretary.

2. Ballots Return Deadline is February 5th Your ballot must be received at the AAA by 9am on February 5th. The results will be certified and announced later that day.
